4. Subscription and Payments

ProteinTrackr offers both free and premium subscription options:

• Free users have limited access to certain features
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99 or annually at $79
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Prices are subject to change with notice

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including photos and meal data. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing and improving our services.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of ProteinTrackr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProteinTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
